Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: 1/4000. Western blot: Experiments gave bands at approx 70 kDa and 30 kDa in Human Liver lysates. These bands correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies from othercommercial sources. This protein has a calculated MW of 73.0 kDa according toNP_000089.1. Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
