Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Approx 110 kDa band observed in Human Testis and Hela lysates(predicted size of approx.120 kDa according to NP_055839).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
