Description
|
Goat anti-biotin is a secondary antibody conjugated to ALP, which binds to biotin in immunological assays. Antibody is affinity purified using solid phase biotin. Purity of this preparation is 95% based on SDS-PAGE. Antibody concentration is 1.50 mg/ml (E 1% at 280 nm = 13.0). Antibody is supplied in 30 mM triethanolamine, pH 7.2.5 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, 1 % (w/v) B, Protease/IgG free. Contains 0.05% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative of bacterial growth.
