More ELISA Kits for Cathepsin Z Interaction Partners

Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) interaction partners

  1. cathepsin Z has a critical role during nematode development

Human Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) interaction partners

  1. Down-regulation of RPLP0 (show RPLP0 ELISA Kits) resulted in G1 arrest of gastric cancer cells, whereas knockdown of Cathepsin X (show CTSK ELISA Kits) led to G1 arrest and apoptosis

  2. Cathepsin X (CTSX) is involved in early tumorigenesis and in the stabilization of tumor cell formation in colorectal cancer.

  3. The significant association of cathepsin X (show CTSK ELISA Kits) with survival in a group of patients who received no chemotherapy and the absence of this association in the group who received chemotherapy, suggest the possible predictive value for response to chemotherapy.

  4. Suggest CTSZ rs34069356 polymorphism is not associated with pulmonary tuberculosis in a sample Iranian population.

  5. We show that sequential cleavage of C-terminal amino acids from the beta(2) cytoplasmic tail of LFA-1 (show ITGAL ELISA Kits), by CatX, enhances binding of the adaptor protein talin to LFA-1 (show ITGAL ELISA Kits) and triggers formation of the latter's high-affinity form

  6. cathepsin Z contributes to tumor metastasis by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma

  7. cathepsin X (show CTSK ELISA Kits) deficiency leads to accelerated cellular senescence and consequently to diminished cellular proliferation and migration/invasion implying a potential role of cathepsin X (show CTSK ELISA Kits) in bypassing cellular senescence.

  8. Polymorphisms in MC3R (show MC3R ELISA Kits) promoter and CTSZ 3'UTR (show UTS2R ELISA Kits) are associated with tuberculosis susceptibility.

  9. Cysteine proteases bleomycin hydrolase (show BLMH ELISA Kits) and cathepsin Z mediate N-terminal proteolysis and toxicity of mutant huntingtin (show HTT ELISA Kits).

  10. These results show that cathepsin P, in contrast to other mammalian cathepsins, has a restricted catalytic specificity.

Pig (Porcine) Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) interaction partners

  1. CTSZ associates with growth and with meat colour, with the less favourable genotype for growth being associated with darker meat.

Mouse (Murine) Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) interaction partners

  1. nigericin-induced cell death depended partly on a single cathepsin, cathepsin X.

  2. tumor proliferation was exclusively regulated by cancer cell-intrinsic functions of CtsZ, whereas tumor invasion required contributions from both macrophages and cancer cell

  3. Our data show an active role for Ctsz in chronic inflammation and the development of gastric metaplasia.

  4. Plaque-associated microglial cells express gamma-enolase (show ENO2 ELISA Kits) and cathepsin X.

  5. cathepsin Z contributes to tumor metastasis by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma

  6. analysis of cathepsin X-deficient gastric epithelial cells in co-culture with macrophages during Helicobacter pylori infection

  7. Data show that combined loss of Ctsb (show CTSB ELISA Kits) and Ctsz led to additive effects, resulting in significant and prominent delay of early and advanced tumor development, improved histopathologic tumor grading and 70% reduction in the number of lung metastases.

  8. regulation of the phagosomal CatZ, CatB, CatL (show CTSL1 ELISA Kits) and CatS contents during dendritic cell activation

Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a lysosomal cysteine proteinase and member of the peptidase C1 family. It exhibits both carboxy-monopeptidase and carboxy-dipeptidase activities. The encoded protein has also been known as cathepsin X and cathepsin P. This gene is expressed ubiquitously in cancer cell lines and primary tumors and, like other members of this family, may be involved in tumorigenesis.
