- Background
- DCUN1D1, also known as DCN1-like protein 1, is involved in the malignant transformation of squamous cell lineage. This protein regulates Gli1, a key regulator of the hedgehog (HH) pathway that plays an important role in development, maintenance, and regeneration of almost all adult tissues. Recombinant human DCUN1D1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Synonyms: DCN1-like protein 1, DCUN1L1, RP42, SCCRO, SCRO, Tes3. NCBI no.: NP_065691
