    Background
DYNLRB2, also known as dynein light chain roadblock-type 2, acts as one of several non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein complex that are thought to be involved in linking dynein to cargos and to adapter proteins that regulate dynein function. Cytoplasmic dynein acts as a motor for the intracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles along microtubules. Recombinant human DYNLRB2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Synonyms: Dynein light chain roadblock-type 2, DNCL2B, DNLC2B, MGC62033, ROBLD2. NCBI no.: NP_570967
