Handling

Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.25mL cold distilled water. Allow one hour for complete dissolution. Vortexing may be required. Some assay systems may require more concentrated or more dilute extract. Some precipitate may occur, but it will not affect the product.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.01M phosphate in saline

Preservative: Without preservative

Handling Advice: Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Storage: -80 °C

Storage Comment: Store lyophilized product at <-40°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at <-40°C.
