Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG, Goat IgG F(c) and Goat Serum.  No reaction was observed against Goat IgG F(ab).

Characteristics: Anti-Goat IgG F(c) generated in donkey is a proteolytic fragment of immunoglobulin G (IgG) obtained by limited digestion with the enzyme papain under controlled conditions of temperature, time and pH .

Purification: This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
