Specificity: Reacts with Human PAI2 from transformed monocyte cells U937 cell culture. No reactivity with human PAI1. Identity established by double diffusion with human PAI2 isolated from human monocyte cell culture and recombinant PAI2 expressed in E.coli. No other proteins so far tested showed greater than 1 cross reaction.

Application Notes: Activity inhibition characterisation especially coupled with reverse fibrin autography and RIA. Immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry using frozen or paraffin fixed sections, Western Immunoblotting, ELISA, fluorescence activated cell sorting. Titre: 1/100 to 1/10000 depending on the application.
