    ELISA (1 microg/ml). IHC (Paraffin-embedded sections) (User test): 4um paraffin sections, dilution 1:50 (Standard protocol), antigen retrieval with glycol-based buffer (available upon request). Immunofluorescence (User test): 1:1000 using Alexa Fluor 488. This antibody has not been tested for use in all applications. This does not necessarily exclude its use for non-tested procedures. The stated dilutions are recommendations only. We suggest that the applicant titrates the antibody in his/her system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
