Purification
- Immunoaffinity purified
-
Immunogen
-
This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole goat serum produced by repeated immunizations with highly purified R-Phycoerythrin from the seaweed gracilaria.

Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, IHC (1:500 - 1:3000), WB (1:2000 - 1:20000)
Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA as well as other immunochemical assays. R-Phycoerythrin (240 kD) is a labile molecule that may dissociate into components upon exposure to reducing or denaturing agents. Reaction with low molecular weight fragments is typically noted by western blot. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
