Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and FACS. Frozen sections: 0.25 μg/mL (1/800). Ki-T1R shows very charateristic staining patterns in lymphoid organs according to the T-celldistribution, paracortical T-cell zone of lymphnodes, periarteriolar T-cell zones of thespleen, T-cell nodules of the gastrointestinal tract and bone marrow, thymocytes withprevalence from thymus medulla.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Handling

Reconstitution: Restore with 0.5 mL distilled water.

Concentration: 0.4 mg/mL

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.01 % Thimerosal as preservatives and 10 mg/mL BSA as stabilizer.

Preservative: Thimerosal (Merthiolate)

Precaution of Use: This product contains thimerosal (merthiolate): a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.

Handling Advice: Dilute only prior to immediate use

Storage: 4 °C

Storage Comment: Store the antibody at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. DO NOT FREEZE! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
