Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore by adding 0.5 mL distilled water.

Concentration: 0.2 mg/mL

Buffer: PBS containing 5 mg/mL Ovalbumin as a stabilizer and 0.1 % Kathon as a preservative

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Storage Comment: Store the lyophilized antibody at -20 °C. Following reconstitution it is stable for two weeks at 2 - 8 °C. Frozen aliquots are stable for 6 months when stored at -20 °C.
