Used in conjunction withcompatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant hExodus-2. Sandwich: To detect hExodus-2 by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 ml/well antibody solution) thisantibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with antiHuman Exodus-2 PP1005P1 or PP1005P2 allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant hExodus-2. Background: Human CCL21 is a beta or C-C chemokine identified in the Expressed Sequence Tag (EST) database by three independent groups. CCL21 contains four conserved cysteine (C) residues which are characteristic of beta-chemokines. Human CCL21 cDNA encodes a 134 amino acid precursor protein, a 23 amino acid signal peptide and a 111 amino acid mature protein. Unlike other C-C chemokines, CCL21 is not chemotactic for monocytes and neutrophils.
