Specificity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and anti-Avidin. No reaction was observed against Streptavidin.

Application Notes: Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Handling

Reconstitution: Restore with 2.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 10.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Buffer: 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.14 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use

Storage: 4 °C/-20 °C

Storage Comment: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
