Application Notes

Flow cytometry: neat- 1/10, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL, The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Background
- CD38 is a 42-46kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes, a proportion of peripheral T lymphocytes and by peritoneal macrophages. In the mouse CD38 is expressed by follicular B cells, is down regulated on germinal centre B cells, and not expressed my mature plasma cells.Synonyms: ADP-ribosyl cyclase 1, Cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 1, T10, cADPr hydrolase 1
