Flow Cytometry (FACS)

Clone

HI-2F3
  • Specificity

This antibody recognises the CD69 cell surface antigen, an 85 kDa dimeric glycoprotein.

    Immunogen

Murine dendritic epidermal Y245 cell line.

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

Flow cytometry: Neat - 1/10, Use 5 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 105 μL, The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Restrictions

    For Research Use only
  • Concentration

    0.1 mg/mL

    Buffer

PBS containing 0.09 % Sodium Azide and 0.5 % Bovine Serum Albumin

    Preservative

    Sodium azide

    Precaution of Use

This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.

    Handling Advice

Dilute only prior to immediate use

    Storage

    4 °C

    Storage Comment

Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C. DO NOT FREEZE! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
