Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/50-1/100 diluted antibody to label 1x10^6 cells or 100 μL whole blood. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Recommended positive control tissue: Tonsil.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
