Specificity: This antibody recognises the CD34 cell surface antigen. This antibody has been shown to recognises a class 2 epitope of CD34.

Immunogen: Human endothelial vesicles. Spleen cells from immunised NZB mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSO myeloma cell line.
