Specificity: This antibody recognises the b4 integrin (also known as CD104). It recognises an extracellular epitope on the CD104 Molecule.

Immunogen: Purified alpha6beta4 integrin from A431 cells. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cell line.

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat-1/10 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL.
