Specificity: This antibody recognises the alpha9 integrin. Clone Y9A2 inhibits adhesion of alpha9 expressing cells to N-terminal osteopontin.

Purification: Affinity chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: a9 integrin transfected l cells. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line.
