Specificity: This antibody recognises the CD84 cell surface antigen, a highly glycosylated cell surface antigen of 64-82 kDa.

Purification: Affinity chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: Mouse pre-B cell line 300.19 transfected with CD84 cDNA. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line.

Isotype: IgG1

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/100 - 1/200, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells. Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
