Specificity: This antibody recognizes the CD229 cell surface antigen, a 100-120 kDa cell surface glycoprotein that is the homologue of murine Ly-9.

Purification: Affinity Chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: Mouse pre-B cell line 300.19 transfected with CD229 cDNA. Remarks: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line.

Isotype: IgG1

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells. Immunoprecipitation.
