Product Details anti-CD13 Antibody (FITC)

Specificity: This antibody recognises aminopeptidase N (APN), a cell surface protein homologous with human CD13. Clone R3-63 has been reported to block mouse APN enzyme activity. We recommend the use of SM1856A for this purpose.

Purification: Affinity chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: Mouse intestinal APN. Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line.

Isotype: IgG2a

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: 1/5, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL, The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
