Product Details anti-CD147 Antibody

Specificity: This antibody recognises CD147 (also known as basigin). OX-114 recognises both isoforms of CD147, the common form containing 2 Ig-like domains and the rare form containing 3 Ig-like domains. Note that for staining of whole blood samples increased amounts of antibody may be required due to the presence of CD147 on erythrocytes.

Purification: Affinity Chromatography on Protein G.

Immunogen: Fusion protein mCD147dO-2rCD4d3 +4.

Isotype: IgG1

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: 1/25 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
