Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/200, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: Clone mIC2/4 is reported to inhibit interactions between CD102 and LFA-1(1). We recommend the use of ABIN120004 for this purpose.
