Specificity: This antibody is specific for interleukin 4 (IL-4). This reagent may be used as a capture antibody in ELISA assays for bovine IL-4 in combination with SM2242B as a detection reagent, and recombinant bovine IL-4 (SA1007) as a standard.

Purification: Affinity chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: Recombinant bovine IL-4. Spleen cells form immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the SP2/O myeloma cell line.
