Product Details anti-CD5 Antibody

Specificity: This antibody recognises the rat CD5 cell surface antigen. OX-19 has been reported as being suitable for use on periodate-lysine paraformaldehyde (PLP) fixed paraffin embedded tissue.

Purification: Affinity chromatography on Protein G

Immunogen: Rat thymocyte glycoproteins. Spleen cells from an immunised BALB/c mouse were fused with cells from the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line.

Isotype: IgG1

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/25 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipiation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
