Specificity: This antibody recognises OX40 (CD134) ligand (known as CD252). Clone OX89 has been reported to inhibit OX40/OX40L interaction. (1) SM326A is recomended for this purpose.

Immunogen: Rat CD4 and mouse CD134 ligand Chimaeric protein. Spleen cells from immunised PVG rats were fused with cells of the NS1 myeloma cell line
