  • Application Notes

Application Note: Anti-Deoxyribonuclease I Biotin Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA and western blot. This product is assayed against 1.0 μg of Deoxyribonuclease I in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

    Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:5,000

    Immunoprecipitation Dilution: 1:100

    ELISA Dilution: 1:5,000 - 1:20,000

    DNASE1 (Deoxyribonuclease I (DNASE1))

    Alternative Name

    DNASE1, DNL1

    Background

Background: Anti-Deoxyribonuclease I antibody is primarily involved in cell death by apoptosis, though it performs other various functions. Deoxyribonuclease I binds specifically to G-actin and blocks actin polymerization. Belonging to the DNase I family, Anti-Deoxyribonuclease antibody is ideal for researchers interested in Metabolism, Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling, and Cell Biology.
