Specificity
This antibody recognises an antigen expressed by guinea pig B lymphocytes. Recent studies suggest that clone MsGP9 recognises guinea pig CD1b3. Other species not tested.
Characteristics
Synonyms: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD1b3
Purification
Affinity chromatography on Protein A
Immunogen
Guinea pig thymocytes. Spleen cells from an immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cellsof the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line. Genename: CD1b3
Flow Cytometry: use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
