    ELISA: In a simple ELISA using 1 g of T4-KLH bound to the plate, the 50 % OD was observedat an antibody dilution of 1/10K. Under the same conditions the end point was observed at1/70K.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
