- Clone B-R18 specifically recognizes CD95. The CD95 Molecule is a cell surface glycoprotein with a MW of 40-45 kD and contains 8 kD of N-glycosidic-linked polysaccharide. CD95 antigen is preferentially expressed by the CD45RAlow CD45ROhigh subset of memory T lymphocytes.
