Western Blot: Approx 90-100 kDa band observed in Human Lung and Human Skin lysates (calculated MW of 83.0 kDa according to NP_079023). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was for 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
