Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 55+48kD bands observed in Human Colorectal cancer lysates (calculated MW of 55.8kD according to NP_079130.2). The observed 48kD band corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources and likely represents a breakdown product. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
