Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Colon. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 55 kDa band observed in Mouse Liver lysates (calculated MW of 56.8 kDa according to NP_034176.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1.0 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the endoplasmic reticulum and cytoplasm of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
