Application Details

Application Notes: S-100 immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification (except 4B3). All MAbs are working in Western blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 8B10 – 6G1 3B10 – 6G1 MAbs 8B10, 3B10 and especially 6G1 are sensitive to EDTA or other bivalent-binding agents. Better performance can be obtained in presence of 5 mM CaCl2 in the assay buffers.
