Specificity: Recognizes mouse Frizzled-1. Shows no cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-2, -3, -4, -6, -7, -8 or rhMFRP. By Flow Cytometry, detects Frizzled-1 on differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line D3. Also recognizes Frizzled-1 on human HEK 293 cells by Flow Cytometry.

Purification: Protein G purified

Immunogen: NS0-derived rmFrizzled-1 CRD.

Application Details

Application Notes: Approved: ELISA, Flo, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. With a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~5 ng/lane and ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Flow Cytometry: 0.1 mg/mL, Add 10 μL to label1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. Visualized by using a secondary antibody (goat anti-rat IgG (FITC)). ELISA (Direct): Can be used at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-1. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~10 ng/well.
