Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p)), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
  • Specificity

Recognizes rat CD172a, also known as Signal regulatory protein (SIRP). CD172a is expressed selectively by myeloid cells and by neurons. Binds to a different epitope on SIRP than ED9. Does not block the interaction of CD172a-CD47.

    Purification

    Protein G purified

    Immunogen

    Rat peritoneal macrophages.

    Type of Immunogen: Cells

    Isotype

    IgG2a
  • Application Notes

    Approved: Flo (1:100 - 1:200), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin). Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200. Use 10 μL to label 1 x106 in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry: Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e. g. trypsin or pronase.
