Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody BB27 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD101, a 140 kDa disulfide-bonded homodimeric protein expressed on activated T cells, and some other cell types, such as granulocytes and cells of the monocyte/macropgage lineage.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: Human thymic clone B12
