Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence: 2-5 μg/mL. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry ( formalin- fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue): 2-10 μg/mL. Heat-Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) is required. Expected staining pattern: Membrane with limited cytoplasmic. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg. Positive control: Pancreas/breast tumor/heart.Tested with Xenopus samples using Western blot only.
