Specificity
- Recognizes chicken b-Catenin protein (~92kD). Does not cross-react with the related 83kD g-catenin (plakoglobin) protein. Also specifically detects an additional 120kD protein of unknown identity in extracts derived from A431 cells. This band is not detected in lysates derived from HeLa cells or human fibroblasts. Species cross-reactivity: Human & mouse. Reactivity with rat is likely but not confirmed.

Purification
- Protein A purified
-
Immunogen
-
Fusion protein consisting of the maltose binding protein fused to a 100 amino acid segment of the C-terminus of chicken b-Catenin.
Type of Immunogen: Fusion protein -
Isotype
- IgG1 kappa
