Application Notes
-
Approved: IHC (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: ~0.5-1 μg/mL (or 1:1000-1:2000). For optimal results, tissues or cytospin preparations should be fixed in Carnoy's Fluid (60 % ethanol, 30 % chloroform, 10 % glacial acetic acid). Not recommended for use on formaldehyde fixed tissue. May be used on thin sections prepared for ultra structural analysis after fixation of tissue in a modified Karnovsky's reagent (Lab Invest. (1988). 58:682-691). -
