Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1-4 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Mouse liver tissues): 4-5 μg/mL. Note: Weak fixation of tissues with 2 % paraformaldehyde/picric acid followed by NO post-fixation is required to produce staining. Positive control: HeLa and canine MDCK cell lysates and mouse liver homogenates. -
