Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), ICC (25 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Immunocytochemistry: 25 μg/mL will detect CD48 in paraformaldehyde-fixed human PBMC. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 μg/mL Detects 2 ng/well of recombinant human CD48. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL Detection limit is 5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Reducing conditions is not recommended.
