Application Details

Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 1 μg/mL), IF, IHC, IHC-Fr, IP, WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA (native): 0.1-1.0 μg/mL. Detects a band between ~200-300kD. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. For best results on rat brain, mouse brain or MDCK cell lysates, add 0.3 M sucrose to incubation buffer. Immunofluorescence (frozen sections): 5-10 μg/mL. Sensitive to fixation conditions. Recommend 1 % paraformaldehyde for perfusion and 4 hrs of post fixation, after perfusion. For sciatic nerve, recommend 2 % paraformaldehyde for 2 hrs at 4?C. Immunoprecipitation (native): 5 μg/ IP.
