Usage: Suitable for use ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Detection limit for rhAPP2 is approximately 2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rhAPP2 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitate rhAPP2 from conditioned cell culture medium. The recovered rhAPP2 can be detected in Western blots using a polyclonal antibody.
