Product Details anti-CD38 Antibody (PE)

Specificity: Recognizes the murine CD38 cell surface antigen, a ~42-46kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes, a proportion of peripheral T lymphocytes and by peritoneal macrophages. In the mouse CD38 is expressed by follicular B cells, is down regulated on germinal centre B cells, and not expressed by mature plasma cells. This pattern of expression contrasts strikingly with that seen in the human.

Usage: The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
