Specificity
- Reacts with mouse Claudin 16. Immunostaining of frozen mouse kidney sections localizes Claudin 16 to the thick ascending limb (TAL) of Henle's loop. This region was ed by an antibody against the Tamm-Horsfall protein, which is also localized to the TAL of Henle's loop in the kidney.
