Specificity
- Recognizes human PTTG-1. Expected to cross-react with mouse PTTG-1 based sequence homology. Reactivity confirmed with human MCF-7 cell lysate (Western Blot) and colon cancer tissue (IHC, paraffin).
-
Purification
- Immunoaffinity purified
-
Immunogen
-
Synthetic peptide derived from the transactivation domain within the N-terminus of the human PTTG-1 protein.

Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 1 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-P (1 - 2 μg/mL), WB (2 - 4 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: 2-4 μg/mL. Recognizes only the 28kD band in MCF-7 cell lysate. Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL in formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissues. For best results heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) with citrate buffer, pH 6.0, is required prior to staining. -
